About Desert Kitchen
Our on-site restaurant features one of the area’s culinary highlights. Led by Chef Liad Groner, Desert Kitchen serves quality vegetarian food in the style of a fixed menu – starting with celebrated soups and homemade breads, finishing with house cakes and herbal tea with full salad and main entree courses in between.
About Liad Groner
Since the young age of 14 years old, Chef Liad started in the culinary world. After working for chef Eyal Shani, Liad moved on to Sebastien in Herzliya for two years, then most recently George and John at The Drisco Hotel.
Desert Kitchen is a representation of Chef Liad Groner’s hospitable personality and cooking style – big sharing plates for the whole family, dishes made with soul and heart.
